Don't sleep on Melissa, she is the absolute best realtor! From the beginning she set herself apart from others simply by showing up with a binder full of information in our initial meeting. She came prepared with research and market knowledge. She helped us competitively market our home in an unfriendly housing market and we therefore a lot of interest in our home. Not only that, she is EXTREMELY knowledgeable when it came to VA loan assumptions, which in today's market is a must.
